WHOLE WHEAT PIE CRUST

1 1/c cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup canola oil
2 tbsp milk
 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Thoroughly mix ingredients.
Press the mixture onto the bottom and up the side of your pie plate, using your hand or the back of a spoon.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Fill according to your recipe.
